This site is published as a public service. If you hold a document, a protocol, or a correction that bears on the material published here, this is the address.
- What is useful: a document, with the date and the place it came from. On this site every sentence is attributed to a speaker, a date and a place, material whose source cannot be pointed to is not published, even when it is true.
- No interpretation needed. The site lays the documents out rather than arguing from them. If you have a document, it is more interesting than anything that can be written about it.
- Do not send material you are not permitted to pass on, and do not send classified material. Know also that email is not an anonymous channel: your address is retained by the mail providers at both ends. If your identity is at risk, do not use it.
Found an error? Write, naming the chapter and the sentence. A factual correction is made and marked on the site.
