There was no conversation, and there was no warning.
There is no such thing as a conversation like that without a representative of the National Security Council or someone else in the room. There is no situation in which a conversation like that is not recorded.

UAE discusses security matters with other countries through the relevant entities, and does not discuss such details at the level of national leaders.
UAE and Israeli government entities have maintained open and direct lines of communication since the inception of the relationship more than five years ago. When necessary, all relevant intelligence has been and continues to be communicated between the relevant entities.
A UAE official source to The National (Abu Dhabi), 19 September 2026, in a reply presented as a denial that bin Zayed was the one who passed the warning to Netanyahu; before it, the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs, 8 September 2026. Neither statement says outright that the conversation did not take place.
